Horoscope - Virgo

If it’s not going to kill you, there’s always the chance that it might just make you stronger. Believe that, and your day will run much more smoothly.

I have been so busy with work and my social life has been such a whir, that I completely forgot my birthday! I know, who forgets their own birthday?

My reminder came this morning in the form of a card from Joshua. It caused a slight twinge in my chest, as I opened the envelope, having recognised his writing, I was nervous. I never did reply to his last letter, not knowing what to write. I had decided that I wasn’t going to visit him in Hong Kong, so all that I could have said was “thank you for finally understanding, and see you around.” Sometimes silence is the best answer.

Pulling the card from the envelope I was momentarily relieved when confronted by a safe, neutral picture of an orchid; which was dashed when I realised that this was one of those cards that didn’t have words in it, which meant there would be extra space for him to write extra words. Thankfully opening it up, I was again relieved to find the very simple scripture of:
